Om Back Spasm

I want to share this feedback to avoid the mindset of being on pain killers for back pain and to keep neglecting and showing reluctance to visit a physiotherapist. My wife had a muscle cramp and we exactly did the same - kept neglecting it for 2 weeks and took on pain killers and injections.
