I had painful frozen shoulders for some time. I approached ReLiva and started taking physio treatment under Dr. Sushma Singh. Dr Sushma treated me well, with due care, using hot compression, manipulations, simple exercises and electronic devices. Gradually, I could move my hands straight up and sideways but to bend my hands backwards it took more efforts and time. I am pleased to say that now I can move my hands backwards effortlessly.
